Citizenship Ceremony Fri. November 12, 11am Citizenship and Immigration Canada and the Institute for Canadian Citizenship, in partnership with Fort York’s volunteer Citizenship Committee and Fort York National Historic Site, will host candidates for citizenship at a special community ceremony at the fort on Friday, November 12. Prior to the ceremony, the Institute for Canadian Citizenship will hold another in its series of community roundtable discussions between established citizens and the new Canadians. These unique ICC-designed roundtable discussions aim to strengthen the connection between new Canadians and their communities, and remind all in attendance of the rights and responsibilities of Canadian citizenship.
